Proposal & Consultation Process
Proposal Reviews, Not Proposals Sent
- We no longer send proposals via email.
- All proposals are reviewed in a virtual or in-person meeting to ensure clarity and alignment.
- A proposal will only be provided after the review session.
Free Discovery Calls Replaced
Instead, we provide a $150 Strategy Session that delivers real value upfront.
Your session includes:
- A 60-minute focused consultation with a marketing communications expert.
- Personalized insights on your organizational needs.
- A roadmap for potential next steps.
- If you move forward with our services, the $150 fee is credited toward your project.
Payment & Commitment Policies
Deposits & Payment Terms
- A signed estimate/agreement and deposit are required before work begins.
- Payment schedules will be outlined in your proposal.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Strategy Sessions are non-refundable.
- Project cancellations are subject to fees based on work completed.
Communication & Response Times
We respond to client inquiries within 48 business hours.
Preferred communication methods: Phone or Email.
