The D5 Group launching Trumbull Stories Project
Independent audio storytelling and visual content community platform focuses on Trumbull residents.

Warren, Ohio - September 14, 2021 - The D5 Group, L.L.C. announced today the launch of the Trumbull Stories Project, an audio series in collaboration with partners Red Karma Media, L.L.C., Sound United Podcast Studio, and several freelance creative professionals. Sponsors for the project are Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership and Impression Media.
Featuring interviews with Trumbull residents, each audio series will span diverse community issues, cultural discussions, art, historic events, and more. Each series will have a distinct process that includes both recording on-location and within the Sound United Podcast Studio.
“Public Transit and The People” is the first series being launched, focusing on people who ride local busses as a primary form of transportation, and other residents of Trumbull County. Interviews of bus riders took place at bus stops and on the busses themselves.

Future installments of the series will delve into topics such as the digital divide, quality of life, black teen parenthood, and life in public housing. Content will be published on www.trumbullstories.com and select content will be shared on partner social media profiles.
