D5 PARTNERS FOR MINORITY BUSINESS MIXER EVENT

With a passion for collaborating with small businesses and local organizations that support them, The D5 Group, LLC, as part of their community relations mission, Co-Sponsored downtown Warren, Ohio's first Minority Business Mixer.

Held at the Speakeasy Lounge, the event hosts were Vernard Richberg, Regional Director, and Aaron Adair, Business Specialist at the Minority Business Access Center. The event brought together 20 local business owners from various business sectors. "With the help of the MBAC program, we recently received our MBE and EDGE certification from the State of Ohio. We also know that there are some amazing locally minority-owned businesses in the area. These are two reasons we felt co-sponsoring was imperative", said DeShawn Scott, CEO of The D5 Group.

The lively event focused on connecting local minority business owners, sharing experiences and knowledge, and educating everyone on the support services of the Minority Business Access Program.
